I am your host, Dan Redford, and this is my life…

My wife and I got married in September 2022, and jumped right into it. We found out that she was pregnant in January and well, here we are.

TriDad Life is a blog about my journey as a new Dad that likes to do triathlons. It’s a simple concept, but then again, I think that life is anything but simple.

ABOUT THE TRIDAD

As this is a personal blog and every post is focused on my life and experiences, I’ll keep this short.

I grew up in small town in Michigan called Frankenmuth. I really found myself as a college student at Michigan State University, where at some point I decided I was going to learn Chinese. I spent most of my twenties living and working in Beijing, China.

A few years into my thirties and post-Covid, I moved back to the Frankenmuth area after years in big cities, met my now wife Kayla, and am running a boutique marketing agency.
